The Bowflex® SelectTech® 552i Dumbbell gives you the ability to use up to 15 conventional dumbbell weights in one! The dumbbell adjusts from 2 to 24kg in weight. This is a fantastic solution for saving space at home!

Dumbbells can be equipped with a dedicated stand on which dumbbells are placed. With just one simple turn of the wheel, you adjust the optimal weight for your workouts. It will no longer be necessary to remove the “pancakes” and unscrew the nuts each time.
